Pioneer Talent Program - Full Stack Engineer (AI)
Job Description
Pioneer Talent Program - Full Stack Engineer (AI)
About the Role
As AI profoundly transforms how engineering teams work, we're looking for Full Stack Engineers to be the "seeds" of this shift across our product teams — among the first dedicated full stack engineers, expected not only to deliver end-to-end yourself, but to take root within a team: bringing full stack and AI-augmented practices to the engineers around you, and helping the wider organization grow into a highly autonomous, end-to-end development model.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow to maximize development efficiency
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend
- Act as a full stack "seed" within your team — champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization
- Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, CS or AI-related major preferred; 1–5 years of experience.
- Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.), able to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI, and to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating without clear boundaries; able to turn vague ideas into clear specs and drive them forward.
- Strong logical thinking and communication; a curious observer of other teams who proactively suggests improvements, and passionate about learning new technologies.
- Clear judgment on React component architecture, reuse boundaries, and state management
- Familiar with modern frontend infrastructure: build tooling, TypeScript type engineering, automated testing
- Command of rendering performance: critical-path optimization, frame budgeting, performance monitoring and attribution
More importantly, you can cross into backend:
-
Can independently design and implement backend APIs
-
Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), caching (Redis), and messaging systems (Kafka)
If you come from a backend background, we hope you:
- Proficient in a backend language (Java, Go, Rust, C++).
- Experienced in high-concurrency systems, multithreading, locking, and asynchronous programming.
- A strong grasp of the core principles behind databases, caching, and messaging systems.
More importantly, you can cross into frontend:
- Can independently build and integrate a complete functional page with a mainstream framework (React/Vue).
- A working understanding of componentization and frontend state management.
Nice to have
- Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
- Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
